III. Ingredients of Seaweed(Laver)

1) Agar

The main ingredient of seaweed is healthy and nutrient agar, which is made up of lots of carbohydrate and minerals such as calcium, sodium, potassium, magnesium, etc.

Recently since agar was known as diet food with well-being boom, many people have been looking for it.

Agar is good for growing kids and adults.

2) 30~40% Protein

A lot of including threonine, valine, ricin, methionine, phenylalanine, tryptophane, etc.

3) Carotene

Carotene changes into vitamin A inside animals body.

4) Hemicellulose, Sorbitol, Dulcitol, etc
