II. Frozen Beef Rib Soup with Vegetable Leaves (Koran Name: Galbitang)

1) Type: Frozen Food

** Frozen Food: Freezing food is a common method of food preservation which slows down both food decay and chemical reactions and makes it unavailable for most bacteria to grow.**

2) Ingredients: Outer Leaves of Vegetables 15.3%, Beef Rib 11.5%, Purified Water, Beef, Purified Salt, Beef Extract, Cow Leg Bone Extract, Green Perilla Powder, Garlic, Soybean Paste     

** Soybean, wheat contained.

3) Made cleanly and safe in Korea

4) Volume: 600 g

5) Expiration Date: 1 year from the date of manufacture

6) Package Material: Frozen Food Pouch, (Inside of Package: Polyethylene film layer is added to prevent decay of pouch.)

Store this frozen food under minus 18 degrees Celsius!

(At home, keep this frozen food in the freezer.) 

III. Its Taste and Flavor

The beef rib soup has good and sweet flavor and taste.

That comes from soy bean paste, seasoned vegetable leaves and beef rib, which is cooked over medium heat for a long time.

V. Recipe

1) After defrosting the ingredients, put them into a pot or an earthenware bowl.

   (It takes 8-10 hours for this frozen food to defrost in the refrigerating chamber.)

   ** Please do not refreeze the defrosted food! **

2) Boil them long enough.

3) It tastes better if you boil them in an earthenware bowl.

4) Please use only microwavable container for microwave heating.

- Pour the ingredients into a microwavable container.

- Don't put this retort pouch together into the microwave.

 It tastes better if you add green onion, mashed garlic, green perilla powder, black pepper, etc. when it is almost boiled.
